LockBox (Internal Product)
LockBox is our own internal business management platform designed to centralize and secure all critical business operations — from project management and credential storage to invoice handling and employee workflows.
Managing business operations across multiple tools leads to fragmented workflows, security risks with credential sharing, and inefficient approval processes. The goal was to build a unified platform that handles everything from project documentation to invoice management with proper access control.
We built LockBox as a comprehensive business management platform with role-based access control. The web application provides full CMS capabilities for managing projects, credentials, employees, invoices, contracts, and domain hosting — all in one secure environment.
The mobile companion app enables managers to quickly approve invoices and employee requests through intuitive swipe gestures, while providing a dashboard overview of key business metrics and team availability.
