OBEO is a mobile application for iOS and Android mobile devices intended for simple search of bus lines and purchase of bus tickets without the need to go to the ticket office. Users can share purchased tickets with their friends via various platforms (whats app, viber, email, etc.).

Zagreb Bus Station is one of the branches of the Zagreb Holding, which is owned by the City of Zagreb, and offers the possibility of buying tickets for all bus carriers.

Problems and goals

The purpose of creating the application is a simpler way to buy a bus ticket from the comfort of your own home. Purchased tickets do not need to be printed, which significantly affects the preservation of the environment.


Our task was to come up with the branding, design and way of working of the entire application for iOS and Android mobile devices.

We created an iOS mobile application for buying bus tickets, which allows users to easily search for bus lines by departure time, journey duration or price. The application offers the possibility of buying tickets using credit cards. Once the ticket has been purchased, it is possible to share it with friends.

A ticket purchased at the station ticket office can be loaded into the application via a code or ticket number so that you always have a digital form of the ticket.

When you find yourself in the unknown, the application offers the possibility of guiding you to the nearest bus stop, provided that you have location services turned on.

For each purchased ticket, when entering the bus, the QR code must be shown to the driver in order to confirm the ticket.
